SocialEarning is a product of Mrifnoc Ventures, registered in Nigeria with BN-3804964 under the 1990 Company Allied Matters. We are an online freelance platform that connects advertisers with earners to complete simple digital tasks, such as engaging with sponsored content, reviews, or polls.

SocialEarning does not support Ponzi schemes, get-rich-quick programs, money laundering, or any illegal activity. By signing up and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Earner Terms

• Account activation requires a one-time, non-refundable fee of ₦1,000.
• Accounts are activated only after the activation fee is confirmed.
• All submitted tasks will be reviewed before payments are approved.
• Unliking or unfollowing a page/post after submission will result in rejection of the task.
• Working accounts (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) must be real and verifiable.
• Submitting tasks without completing them will result in rejection.
• Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000 with a 15% processing fee per withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed instantly to your registered bank account. Failed withdrawals due to network issues will be refunded.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details. We are not liable if your account is compromised.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

2. Advertiser Terms

• Advertisers must provide accurate post links and instructions; otherwise, the campaign will be rejected, and a refund issued.
• Advertisers may cancel campaigns only before admin approval; 98% of the payment will be refunded.
• Reposting a task may reduce audience accuracy and performance.
• Advertisers are responsible for reviewing service descriptions before placing an order.

3. General Terms

• Dropping negative or abusive comments about SocialEarning or advertisers will result in immediate account termination.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inappropriate behavior or policy violations without prior notice.
• We may update task pricing, features, or platform rules at any time without prior notice.
• By using SocialEarning, you agree to comply with Nigerian laws, including digital services regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

SocialEarning is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, account compromises, or service disruptions caused by third parties, network failures, or user negligence. Users are solely responsible for their activities on the platform.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

• All payments made on SocialEarning, including activation fees, task payments, and advertising fees, are strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once a service, subscription, or task has been paid for, whether partially or fully used.
• In cases where an advertiser’s task is rejected by admin before approval, a partial refund (up to 98%) may apply.
• Failed withdrawals due to network or banking errors will be automatically refunded to the Earner’s SocialEarning account balance.
• By using our platform, you agree that all transactions are final and binding.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of SocialEarning after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
